Bluhalo is an innovation, culture and M&A consultancy that works exclusively with agency founders in marketing, advertising, creative and technical services. The team has benchmarked over 2,500 agencies and completed 55+ M&A transactions, and supports founders across the full lifecycle from growth strategy through to exit.
Bluhalo exposes a structured agent API at /api/agents. Agents can retrieve an overview at GET /api/agents, pull benchmark data, the service catalogue and founder credentials, run a benchmark assessment, hold an advisory conversation, and request discovery call slots. A plain text instruction manual is published at /llms.txt and the robots.txt welcomes AI crawlers.
Yes. An agent can submit core metrics to the assessment endpoint and receive a structured response covering health score, quadrant placement against the Bluhalo benchmark framework, comparable acquisition multiples and the gaps that most affect value. For a full human-led valuation, the agent can book a call with an adviser.
Bluhalo works only with agencies and agency-style businesses, including performance marketing, creative and brand, digital, PR, and technical services firms. The advice is built on agency-specific deal data and benchmarks rather than generic corporate consulting, which is what makes it useful for founders and for the agents acting on their behalf.
An agent retrieves adviser profiles and availability through the booking endpoint and can schedule a discovery call with Spencer Gallagher or Mark Sainthill in a single step, with no manual handoff. This lets an agent move straight from analysis to a real conversation when a founder is ready.
Yes. The benchmarks and advisory responses are grounded in real deal data from over 2,500 agencies benchmarked and 55+ completed transactions, drawing on the founders' own experience of building and selling agencies. It is pattern recognition built on actual outcomes rather than generic estimates.
